What you fill your heart with is what you will be. It is what will flow from your soul. So be careful what you allow in your life. Nothing stays secret – nothing stays hidden. Be aware of what you are filling your heart with.
Are you feasting on positivity and pure thoughts? Are you dining on all things wholesome? Or are you gorging on gossip and partaking of jealousy? Does your diet consist of complaints and hatred?
What your heart is full of, that is what you will be.
My God is not // complicated. // He is righteous & holy & great, // but not // complicated. // His Will is clear // and His path is straight. // How is His will clear? // Because it says so in the bible. // I don’t even know what to do // with my life. // Pray about it. // I did. // Read your bible. // I did. // Fast on it. // I did! // Then wait. // It’s not // complicated.

I am more than // my face. // I am more than my body // and my clothes. // More than the car I do or do not drive. // More than the size of my house or lack there of . // I am more.
I am a thinker. // I am an artist. // I am my laugh at stupid jokes // and my words when I’m upset. // I am my aspirations. // My dreams. //
You are making me less // than I am. // I am more than a bone structure. // I am a planner.// A goal-chaser. // A task-completer. // I am the messes I make at the table // and the messes I make in my mind. //
You are forgetting that beauty is beyond // skin. // Oh no, // my beauty lies in the fire that sets itself // in my eyes.
If you love me // you have to know // I am not material things. // I am more.
